How to setup a form

1. Enter Set Up mode if not already in it: When date/time shows in display, hold Shift and press Return.

2. Press Return repeatedly until display reads Push Auto Insert Key to Modify, or Ret.

3. Press the Function Key (or code plus function key) that you wish to program with a form.

4. Press Back Space repeatedly to delete the existing phrase, character by character, completely back to the colon (Insert Text): OR, press Alt and Cancel simultaneously to clear/cancel the entire phrase or form.

5. Type the first data prompt that will appear on the form.

6. Press Alt and F simultaneously. A data input symbol will be inserted.

7. Type the next data prompt that will appear on the form.

8. Press Alt and F simultaneously. A data input symbol will be inserted.

9. Repeat 7 and 8 until all of the data prompts have been entered.

10. Press Ret to save the form.

11. Press Cancel to return to the time and data display.

Note: Text editing keys do no function in this mode
